Basic Baked carrot cake recipe | 簡單的烤紅蘿蔔蛋糕食譜

= 材料 =

(濕)

  • 砂糖  180 g
  • 蛋 2 顆
  • 沙拉油 180 ml
  • vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

 

(乾)

  • 麵粉 200 g
  • 泡打粉  1 & 1/2 tsp
  • 肉桂粉 1/2 tsp
  • 紅蘿蔔絲 200 g
  • 少許的鹽巴

 

  1. 首先把烤箱用180˚預熱
  2. 把紅蘿蔔切成絲或著用機器把它們弄碎 (我是用Braun的 hand blender)
  3. 把所有濕的材料倒進blender 然後攪拌成液體,變半融化和當滴下來時好像ribbon一樣就可以了
  4. 把乾的材料過篩
  5. 然後慢慢的和濕材料混合
  6. 把全部材料攪拌均勻就可以放進烤盤 (我用的是麵包烤盤 26cm長7cm深)
  7. 把烤盤輕輕在料理台上敲打一下 好讓空氣跑出來
  8. 烤 36分鐘
